The Crab Nebula M1 in the Constellation Taurus is the remnant of a Supernova. It has the distinction of being the first object cataloged in the Messier Catalog. If you look carefully at the "Blue" outline in the photo you can see how the object got its name. With some imagination, you can see the outline of a "Crab"
